Major Donor Fundraising Coach

The Crisis Centre of BC is seeking proposals from experienced fundraising consultants to partner with us in launching a new Major Donor Fundraising Strategy.

Join our Board of Directors

As a member of the Board of Directors, you will provide strategic oversight, fiduciary accountability, and mission-based ambassadorial leadership to the Crisis Centre of BC. You will work collaboratively with other Board members, the Executive Director, and senior leadership to guide the organization in advancing its vision & mission.

safeTALK (Training for Individuals)

In Person

safeTALK is a half-day in-person training that teaches participants how to identify persons with thoughts of suicide and connect them to support to help keep them safe.

Free Community safeTALK for Seniors 60+

In Person

Thanks to a grant from New Horizons, we are offering a free community safeTALK training for seniors aged 60+.

By equipping seniors to serve as peer helpers and connectors, we enhance the overall well-being of our communities and provide vital resources for those struggling with mental health issues.

Self-Care for Mental Health

In Person

For youth in grades 6 and up, this engaging workshop discusses the importance of caring for our mental health.

It’s Okay to NOT be OK

In Person

For youth in grades 9-12. This workshop empowers participants to take a stance against the stigma, seek information and support and learn supportive communication skills.
