Programs for Youth

Our youth programming provides the building blocks for life-long resilience and well-being through single workshops and multi-session programming.

Our interactive and practical programs are suitable for youth aged 12 through 19. We work with schools, community-based programs and alternative programs for youth with social, learning and mental health challenges.

We offer youth-oriented training that provides teens with practical skills to help support their peers and build connections to resources for further support.

Skillfully Responding to Distress (half-day online) and safeTALK (half-day in person) are available for youth aged 15 or older.

Please see below for more information on our programs.

Our Impact The topic and word "suicide" is not so scary after taking a training from the Crisis Centre of BC. I'm grateful to have been here today, and am hopeful that I can help people in the future. safeTALK participant, Agassiz
