The practical skills of MHFA help you develop the confidence and peace of mind knowing you can support those around you, and your ability to self-care and prioritize your well-being while supporting others.
Mental Health First Aid: Certification, a new addition to the training portfolio, provides participants with a robust program leading to a nationally recognized Mental Health First Aid certification valid for three years.

Who is it for?
Mental Health First Aid: Certification is suitable for individuals aged 16 and older. No prior knowledge or courses related to mental health are required.
