Online Wellness & Resiliency Programming

Learn wellness and resiliency practices at your own pace.

Each of our resiliency modules explores a theme related to emotional well-being. This includes building a foundation of what well-being is, exploring related science, and introducing practices to observe thoughts and emotions.

Participants can learn at their own pace through live webinars or recordings, and a copy of the presentations will be made available for two weeks after each module.

Simple, guided practices are provided each week, and participants are encouraged to investigate and integrate them into daily life during and following the course.

Available Courses:

  • Making Sense of Feeling Out of Control: How and Why You Are Healthier Than You Think
  • Overcoming and Preventing Compassion Fatigue: The Compassion Paradox
  • Increasing Self-Compassion: Caring for the One Who Cares for Others
  • Unhooking from Negative Thought Patterns: Taming and Befriending Your Thoughts
